Scenario Building Workshop, Naramata

This weekend workshop focussed on strategic planning using scenarios as a way of imagining potential outcomes. With an eye to analysis, the various potential possibilities could be examined and planned for.

Group work at the Naramata Inn focussed on Strategic Planning for the Coalition.  Regional District Okanagan Similkameen staff and officials, Lower Similkameen Indian Band, UBC Okanagan Faculty and students and Interior Health worked together over a weekend retreat to develop and refine the scope of the Coalition.
